“Sleep Until Noon” continues to be blessed with more film festival acceptances as it will now screen at the Lovesick Film Festival happening June 26 @brightsidetavern in Jersey City in the 6pm block! Also if you’re across the pond, “Sleep Until Noon” will be screening in the London Film Awards at CLOSE-UP, 97 Sclater St, London E1 6HR, United Kingdom on June 24th 8-10PM.
For anyone who missed it, this is our interview with Awesome TV from last year’s Golden Door International Film Festival where the music video for Milan Lazistan’s MUSIC AT MIDNIGHT had screened. After two amazing weeks featuring THE SAXOPHONIST at Emerson College, the Creative Arts Night with Moonlight Productions, our Staten Island community center events, yesterday’s Jamaica International Faith Film Fest, and today’s Brightside Film Fest with its wonderful audience reception, it is truly a blessing to be honored with a BEST DIRECTOR award for this truly blessed film. This goes to my brother for life Beavin Lawrence and my incredibly talented cast and crew who made this dream come true. I love you mom and dad and those important in my life today and beyond.

As a friendly reminder, if you live in Staten Island, we also have our recently announced public screenings on WEDNESDAY, FEB. 13 @ 10:30AM (WEST BRIGHTON COMMUNITY CENTER) and TUESDAY, FEB. 19 @ 10:00AM (CASSIDY COLES SENIOR CENTER). A 3rd screening will soon be announced for the Little Victory Theatre on the evening of TUESDAY, FEB. 19.
We also have our special screening at Boston’s Emerson College on Thursday, Feb. 28 as part of the “Frames Per Second” group. And lastly, if you’re in Jamaica or planning to visit there February 22-March 2, don’t forget our film will be screening in Kingston as part of the Jamaica International Faith Films Festival!
We were surprised and honored to find out that THE SAXOPHONIST has been nominated for 3 awards at the Brightside Film Festival including Best Drama, Best Director, and Best Actor for Beavin Lawrence! Our screening takes place Sunday, March 3rd in the 1:30pm screening block! Can’t wait!

We are very happy to announce that our award-winning short film THE SAXOPHONIST will be playing at Boston’s Emerson College on Thursday, Feb. 28 as part of the “Frames Per Second” group that involves many students in the pre-production, production, and post-production of films. Not only that, but we have also been selected to screen at The Brightside Film Festival to be held at the Brightside Tavern in Jersey City, NJ from March 1 – 3.
Further details on all screenings will be announced at a later time. For our fans in Jamaica, don’t forget our upcoming screening at the Jamaica International Faith Films Festival from Feb. 22 – March 2. We had some fantastic showings of Milan’s music video for MUSIC AT MIDNIGHT this past weekend at Wavestock and the Golden Door International Film Festival. We appreciate the audiences that responded so positively to our project! We hope to do a lot more projects with Milan in the near future and to be back at both festivals next year. Thank you to both festivals for this opportunity to get our work seen!
Our music video for MUSIC AT MIDNIGHT by Milan is playing this Saturday in the 12:45pm film block at the Wavestock Film Festival at Flagship Brewery in Staten Island, NY. FREE ADMISSION! Milan’s other award-winning video SOUR GOAT SOCK PUPPET PARTY Will also be playing in the 3:30pm block. This is a great day of food, beer, wine and good times!
This same day, we will also be screening the MUSIC AT MIDNIGHT music video at the Golden Door International Film Festival in Jersey City, NJ. This will be in the [21 JCTC] Music Videos block from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at the following address:
