Unfinished Business Television is back with a bold new look and a DEEP DIVE into one of the strangest comedy sequels of the early ’90s—Rock ‘n’ Roll High School Forever (1991).
Serving as the follow-up to the cult 1979 Roger Corman–produced classic Rock ‘n’ Roll High School, this sequel swaps out the Ramones-era punk energy for a bizarre blend of satanic rock bands, slapstick comedy, and a performance from Corey Feldman that has to be seen to be believed.
In this episode, we break down the film’s wild tonal shifts, its reputation as one of the weirdest teen comedies of the era, and the behind-the-scenes issues surrounding Feldman during the production. Is this movie an underrated cult oddity or a chaotic sequel that completely lost the plot? Either way, it’s definitely unforgettable.
🎸 We also want to give a shout-out to the YouTube channel “Jim and Them” for keeping the conversation about cult movie curiosities like this alive.
