Unfinished Business Television takes a DEEP DIVE into the chaotic, troubled, and unintentionally hilarious buddy-cop misfire Collision Course starring Pat Morita and Jay Leno. What should have been a simple East-meets-West comedy became one of Hollywood’s most infamous behind-the-scenes disasters—complete with director changes, major release delays, and a production that literally ran out of money before it was finished.

We unpack the film’s messy story, its awkward comedy, and the wasted potential of pairing Pat Morita with Jay Leno. And while the movie is a fascinating time capsule of ‘80s action-comedy excess, we also make a clear note: Collision Course contains outdated and racially insensitive material that does not hold up today.
