Bob Oliver was one of the few people who believed in me as a filmmaker. As a Kickstarter supporter and producer on Vendetta Games, he did more to support the production than I was willing to ask for. I loved being on set with him and on my later film, The Saxophonist. My condolences to his family at this difficult time. https://everloved.com/life-of/robert-oliver/?flow=201
The first film that kicked off the Vendetta series, DISHONORABLE VENDETTA, is now available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video for customers in the U.S. and the U.K.! Previously a winner for “Best Firefight” at the 2015 Urban Action Showcase sponsored by Cinemax, the original film follows two young DEA agents assigned to go undercover as drug dealers to take down a group of a dangerous Russian cartel. But their lives are put at risk when one of their own is leaking information to the suspects.

I returned to It’s Just Us Radio Show last night for my 2nd appearance on the show hosted by Charlene Bowden. We discussed the past successes of THE SAXOPHONIST and VENDETTA GAMES, life struggles as a creative during the pandemic, and getting deeply emotional about my approach to my next short film DISMISSAL TIME which starts shooting next month and is still fundraising. This full episode also features the legendary Keisha Knight Pulliam, best known as “Rudy” from The Cosby Show, and I’m proud to be sharing the same episode as her. Sad news to share today as Del Weston who created and managed the Action on Film Festival had passed away after a long battle with COVID-19. Del was one of the biggest supporters of Vendetta Games when he accepted the film to AOF in Las Vegas back in 2018. While my memories of Del were mostly short but positive moments, the one that stands out most was when he watched my back after another distributor offered to pick up our film. Not only did he warn me against them but he went as far as reaching out to a better contact he trusted. That showed how big his heart was with struggling filmmakers. Vegas will never be the same without him. Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.
Next Wednesday, August 4th at 5pm eastern, we will be premiering the pandemic-themed music video “Angelina” for award-winning musician Milan Lazistan from his latest album “The Neverending Summer“. Filmed in secret earlier this year and masterfully edited by our award-winning Vendetta Games editor Eric J. Cohen, this may require a glass of wine and an handkerchief for your own viewing. Subscribe to our YouTube channel to get the alert when it drops Wednesday!

Yesterday, we received notice from Amazon that on June 4th, they will be shutting down the Media on Demand service for good. MOD was our source for submitting and selling physical copies of our past films since PRICELESS back in 2010. With the fast changing climate of the industry as there is greater public demand for digital streaming services, physical media is clearly phasing out.
What does this mean for us? It mean that this will be your last opportunity to purchase DVD and Blu-ray copies of THE SAXOPHONIST, DISHONORABLE VENDETTA, NIGHT STREAM, EVIL SOCIETY, and TEMPTED. All films are available at discounted prices and have special features that you may not get on a streaming service. They are only worth having as collector’s items. The change at Amazon, however, will not affect VENDETTA GAMES which can still be streamed on Prime.
We may look into another physical media distribution outlet in the near future should the demand be there for it. But if you still want to see these movies after June 4th, they are all available on our Vimeo on Demand page and THE SAXOPHONIST can be seen on The BeBop Channel app.
The DVD for Vendetta Games is now on sale at Barnes & Noble! Order today from ITN Distribution!
