Our NYC premiere for Dismissal Time for the New York True Venture Film Festival has been announced for the following date:

DISMISSAL TIME Accepted to the New York True Venture Film Festival

The film festival run for Dismissal Time keeps rolling on! The award-winning short film has just been accepted to be part of this year’s New York True Venture Film Festival! Screenings will take place September 7-10 at the Producers Club Theaters on 358 West 44th Street. Screening date and time to be announced at a later date and the film will also be part of the Newark International Film Festival that same weekend! Tickets can be purchased via FilmFreeway.

Nadya Encarnacion Playing “Adella” in THE SAXOPHONIST

We are very happy to introduce actress Nadya Encarnacion as our latest addition to the cast of THE SAXOPHONIST. Nadya will be playing a ballet dancer and love interest to the title character played by Beavin Lawrence. She was a featured model for Linda Nieves-Powells’ Latina Icons tribute to Afro-Latinas in music as the icon Irene Cara, images published in The Huffington Post, Vibe & Latina Magazines. She was last seen on stage playing the role of The Leader in the classic musical ZORBA with the Clay & Wattles Theater Co. at The Gary The Olivia Theater in Bethlehem, CT. Along with her passions for Film/TV & stage, she is also dedicated to juvenile justice. Nadya is a graduate of the American Musical & Dramatic Academy, M.A. from Manhattan College & B.A. from Fairfield University.

Screening Information for DISHONORABLE VENDETA at the Urban Action Showcase Expo

We now have the official screening and ticket information for the special DISHONORABLE VENDETTA screening at this year’s Urban Action Showcase Expo sponsored by Cinemax in New York City! Info is as follows:

Date: Saturday, November 7

Venue: AMC Empire 25 Theaters, Times Square

Screening Block: Film Block 6

Time: 8:24pm – 10:00pm

Entry to the UASE and participation in the Film Festival and Action Expo events requires a General Admission or Showcase Film Pass. The Film Festival Package for $20 will get you into all the screenings from 10am-10pm with exception of the panel discussions and award show. The General Admission Ticket for $30 will get you into all screenings, the expo, and the panels and workshops. All other ticket packages can be found at the official UASE website.
